SIGNOWA has launched two factories in Shenzhen and Qingyuan

With the surge in global demand for low-altitude security, the leading domestic anti-drone solution provider SIGNOWA announced today that its two major production bases in Shenzhen and Qingyuan have completed comprehensive expansion and upgrade. Currently, the company has a three-story independent factory building covering over 10,000 square meters, establishing a complete manufacturing chain from radio frequency detection, interference modules to complete assembly.

Based on the Greater Bay Area, dual-core drive for manufacturing

Since its establishment in 2015, SIGNOWA has been dedicated to the independent research and development as well as manufacturing of anti-drone systems. To cope with the increasing international orders and the complex and ever-changing drone threats, the company has continuously increased its investment in the production end in recent years.

Shenzhen Factory:

Positioned as a research and development trial production center and a high-precision module manufacturing center, responsible for the core manufacturing of AI sensor fusion modules and directional antenna arrays.

Qingyuan Factory:

Positioned as a large-scale mass production base, with a three-story standardized factory building featuring an SMT assembly workshop, RF testing center, environmental laboratory, and final assembly line, capable of achieving a monthly production of 3,000 sets of various types of anti-drone equipment.

Three-story factory layout:

Creating a "research - testing - production" vertical closed loop.
The three-story factory building of SIGNOWA is not a simple stacking of spaces, but rather a vertical integration based on the manufacturing process:

Floor 1: Precision Machining and Warehousing. Equipped with an automated vertical warehouse for intelligent material management.
Floor 2: Module Assembly and Testing. Features 8 anti-static production lines, specializing in the manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicle detectors and multi-band interference modules.
Floor 3: Complete Machine Integration and Environmental Simulation. Includes high and low temperature aging rooms, vibration test benches, and microwave darkrooms to ensure that every interference device produced and delivered maintains stable performance within the temperature range of -40°C to 70°C.

Capacity Enhancement for Delivery: From individual equipment to system-level solutions

With the expanded production capacity, SIGNOWA currently has the ability to quickly deliver the following products:
Portable drone jammer (monthly production 2,000 units)
Fixed/vehicle-mounted full-band jammer (monthly production 500 units)
Passive radio frequency detector and situational awareness platform (monthly production 300 sets)
The manufacturing director of SIGNOWA stated:
"Our clients include key infrastructure, government facilities and major events in over 20 countries around the world. The full-scale production of the three-story factory is not only to meet the order requirements, but also to fulfill our commitment to our customers - every piece of equipment must pass the most rigorous tests before it can safeguard low-altitude security in critical moments."

[Conclusion]

Currently, SIGNOWA is actively promoting the continuous upgrade of ISO9001 and GJB quality management system certifications, and plans to open a factory visit day in Q3 of 2026. We sincerely invite domestic and foreign partners to visit and witness the anti-drone force of "Made in China".
